Chad Elliott will release his 26th album, Untested Wings, on May 27, 2024.

“After all of these years, with so many albums under my belt, this one comes closest to the heart,” Elliott said.

Untested Wings creates an emotive and bittersweet journey for listeners. It is bare bones in its production, highlighting the masterful lyricism of each song. Elliott's vocals and acoustic guitar are at the forefront of each track. They are supported by Kathryn Severing Fox on beautiful strings and harmony. On upright bass, Clayton Ryan gives each song a solid foundation while Jim Van Dorn adds sparse percussion.

Untested Wings is co-produced by Chad Elliott and Kathryn Severing Fox. It was mixed and mastered by Chris Cunningham at Basecamp Recording in Bozeman, MT. It will be available on streaming and digital platforms on May 27, 2024.
